เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่าการพัฒนาตนเองเป็นสิ่งแรกที่ต้องทำมิใช่เพียงเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของตนเองเท่านั้น ยังเป็นการส่งเสริมขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่องอีกด้วย
ดัีงนั้นศูนย์การเรียนรู้อินทรีจึงได้จัดทำหลักสูตรอบรมทั้งหมด 39 หลักสูตรในปีนี้ ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์มีหลักสูตรที่น่าสนใจคือหลักสูตร CAPEX Management ซึ่งจะช่วยให้พนักงานผู้มีหน้่าที่บริหารจัดการโครงการโดยใช้ระบบ SAP-PS ได้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึน และหลักสูตรการขับขี่เชิงป้องกันอุบัติเหตุให้กับพนักงานผู้ขับรถยนต์บริษัทเพื่อทราบถึงวิธีการขับขี่บนท้องถนนให้ปลอดภัย
สำหรับพนักงานท่านใดที่มีแผนการพัฒนาตนเอง (IDP) ในการเพื่มทักษะด้านการบริหารธุรกิจและการเงิน (Business and Financial Acumen) ทางศูนย์การเรียนรู้อินทรีขอแนะนำให้ท่านลงทะเบียนเข้าอบรมหลักสูตร Basic Finance ซึ่งเป็นความรู้พื้นฐานของการเข้าอบรมหลักสูตรด้านการเงินอื่นๆ ต่อไป

Dear all,
Self development is the first thing to do, not only to increase individual potential but also to enhance the competitiveness of the organization continuously. INSEE Academy, therefore, has developed 39 training courses in total this year. In February, CAPEX Management and Preventive Safety Driving are in highlight. The CAPEX Management program allows employees to be efficient for project management using SAP-PS system whereas Preventive Safety Driving helps employees who drive company cars know how to ride safely on the road.
For employees who have their own development plan (IDP) to increase Business and Financial Acumen competency, INSEE Academy recommends you to register Basic Finance course as a foundation course in the Finance module.
